Generally, individuals visiting Kinstone may take photographs for personal use without the need for a photography permit. However, if you are planning a photo session of yourself, your kids, your friends, or other group, you will require a permit.  Also, if you are planning any kind of occasion photography (e.g. Senior Portraits, Wedding Photos, Family Photos, Professional Head Shots, Pet Photos, Model Session for non-commercial endeavors, or other), a permit is required.
